The aggregation of their professional experience and infectious personalities has resulted in a distinct 53A charm, which has made the band a hot favourite at live music venues across the island. 53A’s original album ‘Settle the Kettle’ debuted in 2010 and received positive reviews in TODAY, The Business Times and TIME magazine.

Black & Yellow

Black & Yellow

Black & Yellow is a Singapore-based band where actual R&B singer Kelley D’Cruz meets versatile, wannabe R&B Dansen John. Their dislike for each other knows no bounds, and with their banter, it always seems like it’s going to be their last gig — so catch them while you still can!

Good Question

A combination of forces to lock in a strong groove with an old school flavour, accompanied by vibrant on-stage improvisation and interaction, promises to keep things interesting for the audience. They have performed at major festivals such as Byron Bay Bluesfest 2016, Beerfest Asia, Timbre Rock & Roots and other festivals where they shared billing or have opened for music legends such as Robert Plant, Bob Dylan, Paul Simon and Bonnie Raitt, just to name a few.

Their wide repertoire from top 40s, to rock, to evergreen classics and more, caters to all ages.

Sweatshop Jam

Sweatshop Jam

Sweatshop Jam was formed on the basis of friendship and their need to perform songs from the 80s that would take you on a walk down memory lane. Even if you aren’t a fan of that era, the band is apt at current top 40s numbers to mix up the repertoire for a good night out.

The band’s members hold a wealth of experience both as performers and entertainers in the Singapore and regional music scenes. Their collective vision and mission as a band is to entertain, engage and electrify by giving listeners an amazing experience and keep them coming back for more.

The Common People

The Common People

The Common People plays top 40s pop rock and party tunes from the 80s and 90s. They take full ownership of making the audience cry, laugh, lose their voices, and being blamed for audiences having toes stepped on whilst dancing.

With vast individual musical experiences, the band members came together with a desire to create a crowd-pleasing vibe. Being as versatile as they are, the band plays exactly what the crowd wants to hear at the appropriate moment. As there is no prearranged set list, expect to hear something new every time and do put down your song requests.

The Common People will be performing both as an intimate two-piece acoustic act and as a rocking full band setup.
