Aliff DANNIAL

Psychotherapist-in-Training

Dannial, a Master of Counselling student at Monash University, integrates a ten-year civil service background into his approach to counselling, emphasizing resilience and a service-led mindset. He employs a client-centered, evidence-based approach, utilizing techniques from CBT, SFBT, EFT, and Narrative Therapy. Specializing in areas such as stress, anxiety, and burnout, Dannial prioritizes creating a secure, ethical, and compassionate space for healing and growth. He believes in the power of a non-judgmental presence to facilitate personal transformation. Outside counselling, Dannial finds balance through reading, rewatching his favourite movies, and the discipline of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Greg CHEW

Psychotherapist-in-Training

Known for his warm and approachable nature, Greg, currently completing his Master of Counselling at Monash University, adopts an eclectic counselling style, drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities. He believes that every individual’s story is unique, so their path should be equally adaptable. Greg brings a unique blend of seasoned leadership and deep empathy to his practice with over two decades of global professional experience. His international background has fostered a profound appreciation for diverse cultures and the many different ways people experience the world. He is driven by a genuine desire to walk alongside his clients as they navigate their challenges with strength and insight.

Nicki CHUA

Psychotherapist-in-Training

Nicki is a Master of Counselling candidate at Monash University. Her approach is compassionate and integrative, providing a dedicated space for driven, self-motivated individuals to find clarity amidst the pressures of daily life. Drawing from her background in corporate law and her experience living across Singapore, the UK, Switzerland, and Australia, she offers a culturally responsive perspective on the complexities of identity and life transitions. She is particularly drawn to supporting those navigating the weight of building a new identity or moving through high-pressured environments. Guided by empathy and presence, Nicki supports her clients in setting down external expectations to rediscover their path forward. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Teochew, and Hokkien, and brings a global outlook to her work with the community.

Zena LER

Psychotherapist-in-Training

Zena is currently pursuing her Master of Counselling at Monash University. With a background in people-focused roles and supporting individuals with visual disability, she values warmth, empathy, and meeting clients where they are. Grounded in Person-Centered Therapy, Zena also draws on Motivational Interviewing, CBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused approaches, and is training in the Gottman Method (Level 1). She hopes to offer a compassionate space for clients to feel truly heard, supporting them in discovering their own strengths and resources to navigate life’s unique challenges. Outside counselling, Zena enjoys comedies and spending quality time with her husband and their beloved cat.

Adine LOH

Psychotherapist-in-Training

Adine is a Master of Counselling candidate at Monash University. Her approach is client-centred, integrative, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and couples and family therapy. She values each person’s capacity for growth, offering warmth and steadiness in a safe, culturally responsive space. Trained in Gottman Levels 1 & 2 and Trauma & Affairs, she is especially drawn to grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Guided by ethics and presence, Adine supports clients in exploring what matters at their own pace. Beyond practice, she enjoys walking, meaningful conversations, and Muay Thai training with her daughter.

Angad Singh SODHI

Psychotherapist-in-Training

Angad is a Master of Counselling student at Monash University with over ten years’ experience as an educator. He works with adults facing anxiety, stress, and low mood, and has a deep understanding of the experiences of neurodivergent individuals. Clients working with Angad can expect a supportive, down-to-earth space to explore their challenges, feel truly heard, and discover practical, evidence-based strategies that fit their lives, helping them build resilience, find clarity, and create meaningful change. Angad is trained in Gottman Level 1 and Level 2 couples counselling. Additionally, he is pursuing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for ADHD.

Elisabeth TAM

Psychotherapist-in-Training

Elisabeth brings a calm, compassionate presence and 15 years of international experience as an educator. A counsellor in training pursuing a Master of Counselling at Monash University, she takes an integrative approach grounded in person-centred and humanistic values, informed by Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and ACT. Elisabeth values creativity and deep listening, offering reflective and expressive techniques to support resilience, clarity, and healing. She has a particular interest in supporting clients through transitions, identity exploration, parenting challenges, and emotional overwhelm. As a parent of two teenagers, she brings honesty and attunement to family dynamics. She is committed to inclusive practice, creating a space where each client feels genuinely seen and understood.

Marlynna Abdul RAHMAN

Psychotherapist-in-Training

Marlynna believes that each of us has the strength, wisdom, and courage to create meaningful change. When life’s pressures leave us feeling burnt out, stuck, or disconnected, finding a safe, reflective space can be the first step toward healing. With her diverse experiences living and working across Australia, Türkiye, and Singapore, Marlynna brings a culturally sensitive approach to her practice. As a mother of three, including a neurodivergent child with ADHD, she understands the emotional demands of caregiving and parenting. Currently completing her Master of Counselling at Monash University, Marlynna specialises in supporting clients through stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, including career changes, relocation, and the journey into parenthood.

Naixiang HUI

Psychotherapist-in-Training

Naixiang is an Expressive Arts Therapist/Trainer, Founder of Expressive Arts Wellness Therapy LLP, and a Registered Social Worker (SWAAB, SASW). He holds an MA in Expressive Arts Therapy (European Graduate School) and is currently pursuing a Master of Counselling at Monash. With 12+ years of experience in the UK (NHS mental health) and Singapore, he supports individuals and families. Drawing on this dual expertise, Naixiang uses gentle, non-invasive expressive arts approaches to enhance mental well-being. Naixiang is able to provide therapy in English and Mandarin.

Virginia TAI

Psychotherapist-in-Training

Virginia brings her background as a physiotherapist into her counselling role, offering insight into the mind-body connection and supporting clients with both physical and emotional challenges. Currently pursuing a Master of Counselling at Monash University, she also holds a Gottman Methods Level 2 Certification, enriching her therapeutic expertise. She uses an eclectic approach integrating CBT, SFBT, and Narrative Therapy, focusing on issues related to anxiety, depression, anger, grief, parenting and marital conflicts. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Virginia works across cultures with warmth and empathy. Beyond counselling, she enjoys badminton, cycling, and yoga, reflecting her holistic outlook on wellness.
